Hunan Jinyue Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Jinyue) is a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province and a specialized and special new small giant enterprise. It and Hunan Jinyue Mine Technology Co., Ltd. are two brands and one set of personnel. Hunan Jinyue is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in R & D and production of patio drilling rigs, as well as a construction enterprise undertaking anti-well drilling rig construction projects, with a history of more than 30 years of production of patio drilling rigs.

Hunan Jinyue's production base is located in Enji Pioneer Park, Ningxiang High-tech Development Zone, Changsha City. It was restructured from the original Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery). The main management and technical personnel are from the original Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery. The former Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery was once a subsidiary of China Minmetals Group. It was once a large and comprehensive professional manufacturer of patio drilling rigs in China. It was an early domestic company that introduced, digested and produced patio drilling rigs. It has more than 30 years of research and development and production. The history of sales of patio drilling rigs once occupied 80% of the domestic metal mine patio drilling rig market. Pan Zhiyong, former general manager of Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery, led a group of major management and technical backbones to set up Hunan Jinyue. Therefore, the newly established Hunan Jinyue inherited and undertook decades of technology and personnel accumulation of the former Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery in the production and manufacture of patio drilling equipment and anti-well construction, purchased all assets related to the former Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery patio drilling rig, and has a group of experienced R & D, production, site management and construction personnel.

The company's current main business has two categories:

       One is the production and manufacture of various specifications of the patio drilling rig, cutting slot drilling rig and its spare parts;

Second, to undertake mines, hydropower stations and other anti-well drilling construction projects.
